He put a lot of thought into it and didn't waste time showing me things I wasn't interested in. Very sincere and honest and looks out for the best interests of the tenant. I would suggest working with Bill Smith to any and everyone! He is a very down to earth and respectable man. I personally am a recent undergrad graduate and this is my first time apartment hunting. Hands down I've learned a lot from the mere 3hours I spent with him. He is very knowledgeable about available apartments and does not hesitate to show off others in the neighborhood regardless of previous arrangement. He really knows how to set one's mind at ease. The only reason I have not officially rented an apartment from him is because I am not planning to move in until July/August but i look forward to continuing to search under his guidance.
