“Viewing property is a small part of the real estate process,” says Ben Yoon. Ben knows that a real estate professional's guidance can save a client from wasting their limited time and avoiding unnecessary work.
“Most stress comes from the dealing with the ‘unknown’. Knowledge and understanding can do wonders to reduce emotional stress rather than addressing it as it crops up. This is what I provide.”
Ben's goal is to streamline the search or marketing process so that clients feel minimal stress while Ben works on behalf of their individual needs. "The only work my client should perform is administrative in nature – gathering a few pieces of paper together. Time is valuable, and I make it a personal priority to use it efficiently." With experience in real estate rentals and sales, property management and corporate law, he brings expertise and insight to every rental, purchase or sale experience.
As a second-generation NYC property owner, he offers his clients the same care and attention that he utilizes in his own personal life. Whether it is buying a first home, or selling their sixth, Ben is his clients’ pulse on the market.
"It’s always good to have a professional in your address book. My ability to do a job well brings me personal pride, and I’m happy to see my clients benefit."
Born in Germany, Ben moved to New York City at the age of three and attended New York City’s Stuyvesant High School. He studied at SUNY Buffalo before graduating from a NYC college specializing in Legal Studies. He knows the city and serves clients in all areas of metropolitan Manhattan, Brooklyn, and throughout Queens.
Ben speaks fluent English and Korean. When not busy working, he enjoys the parks, rivers, socializing in Manhattan's prolific nightlife, dining out, taking in a show, traveling, winter sports, and spending quality time with his wife and dog.
