"My clients should know two things: I value their time as much as they do, and I'm an extremely good agent." Both professionally and personally, Ben Yoon has always been immersed in Real Estate. Formerly from Property Management and a legal background, Ben brings a insightful look into each transaction while remaining grounded. Yet, he finds time to stay involved in his family's real estate holdings.
Having personally experienced life as all four types of client - Buyer, Seller, Landlord and Tenant, he understand the needs of each but remembers that everyone has individual needs. "My clients don't know, but I lose a lot of sleep thinking and planning for them," He laughs. "They end up liking what I do. They even put it in writing!"
He is an intelligent, friendly New Yorker and guides clients in all areas of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and throughout Queens. "I've got a great deal of experience, and information to draw from on a daily basis. My clients allow me to work on their needs, and they benefit. I get to solve more problems related to Real Estate, which I love. I've been doing it all my life. At least, it feels that way," he jokes. Raised in New York City since the age of 3, Ben attended Stuyvesant High School and has lived in Queens, Manhattan and Brooklyn. "I'm comfortable anywhere in New York. I've resided in other cities. But I can't live anywhere else."
Ben also converses in Korean, and loves to practice Spanish and French when possible. When not busy working, he spends time with his family - wife, two dogs and newborn son. He enjoys music and theater, dining, and is a big animal lover. Additionally, Ben has supported several charities throughout his career, including SmileTrain and Kiva, which funds local business development in third-world countries.
