More to the point, if you don't know Bastian, you must get rid of your current broker immediately and contact him ASAP. His knowledge of the NYC property game is unmatched, and within minutes he will know exactly what makes you happy and will do whatever it takes to make it happen. Nice guys don't come last - they find you a badass apartment...
