Prior to entering the residential real estate arena in Manhattan, Ashley specialized in commercial real estate in Hauppauge, NY where she served as vice president in her family's business, Ashlind Properties. In her time there, she handled one of the largest lease transactions (232,000 square feet) on Long Island.
Since moving to New York City, Ashley rented in Murray Hill then deciding to purchase a home in Gramercy. She renovated the entire apartment, and oversaw the whole process. Originally from Hewlett, NY, Ashley went to college in NYC. Personally, she has a passion for spinning, tennis and food. Trying every new restaurant is a favorite evening activity with friends and family. She is also an avid cook and enthusiastic New Yorker who loves everything the city represents: culture, independence, and diversity, to name a few.
