Arlene was raised around real estate with her mother, a veteran in the business. Intrigued by the intricacies of Real Estate, she eventually gravitated to the field herself as a mortgage broker and loan processor helping people finance homes. Upon relocating to New York, Arlene's experience allowed her to transition easily within the real estate business to becoming a residential real estate sales and rentals agent.
Whether working with buyers, sellers, or renters, Arlene eschews the “one size fits all” approach and understands the importance of personalized customer service, thus giving your important business the care and attention to detail it justly deserves. Taking her cue early on, she understood the successful concept of “a satisfied customer is a happy customer”, and applied this credo successfully in her years of office management and administration in the areas of insurance, software development, finance, and real estate.
Originally from Orlando, Arlene considers living in NYC “a dream”. She spends a fair amount of time savoring New York's tremendous restaurant offerings, enjoying her riverside view facing the Hudson, and exploring Manhattan's various parks with her little Yorkie, Minnie. When she finds the need to relax, this water sports lover can be found boating or jet skiing.
