Aran Scott has been working in the real estate industry since 2006. The native New Yorker has quickly amassed experience in both sales and leasing, informed by his deep knowledge of the city. He was most recently with Sotheby’s International Realty, where he worked on more than $30 million in residential sales. Aran was previously one of the top three producers at the boutique real estate firm Urban Sanctuary, based in Manhattan’s Financial District. Before that, he paid his way through LaSalle University by working New York’s rental market. Aran always maintains the utmost professionalism and prides himself on hard work and persistence. Aran holds Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Marketing and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

I had a relatively complicated apartment search and very limited time to take care of it. Aran Scott really came through. He is super-responsive and will return calls and emails ASAP. Aran lives in the FIDI, knows the downtown area well and will give you the full story on what to expect from different buildings, etc. He did a lot of running around to make sure everything was done, and I remain grateful for all his help. I cannot overemphasize how hectic things got and how he never lost his cool.
We will definitely use Aran again, and be referring our friends and family when we need anything real estate related in town. He's a terrific broker and has the resources around him to get things done quickly and efficiently.
