April Martucci's mission as a real estate professional is to provide 5-star quality service to her clients. As a native New Yorker, she knows the city extremely well and has compassion for the lives that people lead amid the hectic NYC pace.

Besides being knowledgeable and quick on her feet, April is kind, compassionate, and can handle any stressful situation with calm and grace. She really "gets" people, and is committed to finding them a home that touches their heart. "Real estate is nothing if it doesn’t have heart," she says. "I help my clients find a place that feels right from within – one that gives them warmth and has a good energy."

Specializing in sales and rentals all over Manhattan, April guides the search process with strength and patience to make every client feel relaxed while purchasing or renting a new home. She believes that what makes a good broker is product knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, and follow through – all qualities she possesses.

April worked in the service industry even prior to making real estate her career, so she has a deeply ingrained way of treating people with respect and making them feel like they are her only client.

Well rounded in her personal life, April has taught yoga and is a licensed massage therapist. Having also acted, danced and written, she is an artist with business sense many say. As a teenager, April danced with the Joffrey Ballet and Martha Graham School, then later went to SUNY Purchase in Westchester. She still loves yoga and dance, and is presently learning the tango. April also enjoys cooking and traveling the world, her favorite pastime.
