Very good response time but gave me contradicting information between emails and going to the office. Through email the apartment worked, once in the office, it absolutely didn't work for roommates. Ended up being a waste of my time.

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.

Antony is extremely professional. Be wary of brokers who want to meet you on a street corner and not take the time to get to know you as a client. I met with Antony in his office, discussed all my preferences and he came up with a list of the best options. He hit the nail on the head with the first apartment he showed. I would highly recommend him to any person looking for a place to live in NY.

Antony is awesome. Although I ended up finding an apartment through my own searches, he listened closely to what I was looking for, while also managing my expectations to my budget. He managed to dig up several places that were fantastic finds (prime locations, competitive prices, etc.), and always got back to me in a very timely fashion. I strongly recommend him to spearhead your next apartment search!

Trying to find a GOOD apartment in NYC is extremely hard when you're on a budget. I was lucky to have come across two genuine apt brokers who really helped me and my mom find the best possible option in such a quick amount of time. I walked in and walked out with an apartment I am happy with on the same day. I am super skeptical and paranoid whenever I find anything on Craigslist and handling anything with money, but really they aren't trying to steal you for everything you have. If you are looking for an apartment in Manhattan I would highly suggest to find an apartment with Anthony Bitar & Riad...not only are they understanding but they are also very kind!
