I can't say enough about Anna Maria. We were in contact with many brokers during our apartment search and Anna Maria was, by FAR, the best to work with. Not only did she really pay attention to our search criteria, you could tell that she cared about finding us a place that would fit. We didn't want a broker to be a know-it-all, we just wanted someone knowledgable, helpful, and committed. She wasn't pushy, but still gave you her opinions when it mattered. She responded quickly to EVERY question we asked and always made sure to keep us updated on the search/leasing process. It really was a welcome surprise to enjoy working with a broker so much. I'd recommend Anna Maria to everyone looking for an apartment in NYC!

I was so happy to find an agent who listened. AnnaMaria was really good. She found us an apartment and she was so patient and kind. We looked at many, and she showed us only what we asked for. She never exceed our monthly desired amount and walked us through the process. Even after we rented the apartment, she was there for us to answer any questions. I would most definitely recommend her. She will help you find your apartment and she will walk you through the whole process.

This broker was terrible. When we were late to our appointment she got angry and hung up on me. She then proceeded to write me a nasty email after. She is disrespectful to her clients and very unprofessional. I recommend not working with this broker if you want a good and professional experience.
