Angela Kontis

I've dealt with a number of brokers in my apartment search, and I'm appalled by Angela's lack of customer service. While I understand that brokers have busy schedules, I found her to be very abrupt over the phone and e-mail, and she offered very little detail if any about the apartment up front. When she did get around to telling me that it was under the subway and I expressed my displeasure about its location, she did not have a willingness to offer any other unit that might be more suitable. She just abruptly ended the call.

Whether it's a sale or a rental, I feel that every potential client ought to be treated with a very basic level of courtesy and respect. I did not receive either from Angela. Very disappointing experience, to say the least.

Never responded to my inquiry.

I went as far as setting up a viewing with Ms. Kontis, though the process felt somewhat mechanical. She was prompt with her responses however.

When I managed to land an apartment through another broker, I contacted her to cancel our appointment and apologized for the inconvenience. She ignored this and never responded. This is poor customer service, made me feel uncomfortable.

Hard to recommend when there are better ones out there, but she certainly is not terrible.
