Andrew Mega is enthralled with Lower Manhattan. Having been a resident of the East Village for the past 7 years, he couldn't imagine living anywhere else. The low-rise buildings, edginess, and daring of its style are his favorite attributes. As such, Andrew focuses his energy on the neighborhood and has become an East Village expert, along with considerable deal experience and knowledge of the nearby surrounding areas of Gramercy, Lower East Side, Nolita, Soho, and the West Village. Andrew comes from a professional background of commercial lease analysis in one of the leading national luxury lifestyle health clubs. An investor in several residential properties on Eastern Long Island, he also has a history of sound residential real estate investments. Personable, warm and well-spoken, Andrew strives to make the purchase, sale or rental of a home enjoyable by taking the pushiness out of the process. He believes in working with fewer clients in order to maintain a high level of personal attention. He believes that top priority should always be to his level of customer service and relationships with his clients, so that each of them will never have to doubt who to work with when in need of a new home in New York City. Born in Manhattan, Andrew holds a B.A. from Hofstra University in Long Island and plays in several bands as a drummer and singer, while also teaching drumming students. He’s an avid reader, snowboarder in the winter, and he loves to travel by bike around the city.
