I later decided to contact one of the "top agents" only because I'm in time crunch and didn't think it would be fair to impose the strict time constrainsts of my search on him.

I am very new to trying to look for places in the city and he was very honest yet realistic with what my roommate and I could afford. He also considered many factors, such as our age and our safety, in what he showed us. Although we did not rent from him, I would still highly recommend working with Andre on your apartment search.
