Born and raised in New York, I'm very knowledgeable about the city and the real estate market. While looking for apartments is exciting, it can be a very stressful process. I take great pride in being able to place my clients in the best apartment possible, working closely with them from beginning to end to help them find the perfect home. I have access to listings which encompass nearly all the available apartments in the city! If you see something that you like please give me a call and I would be glad to work with you. Don’t worry if the particular apartment you are interested in is rented...I will have 10 others that are just like it. I look forward to helping you find your next home :)

Unlike other brokers I've had contact with, I found Amy very trustworthy. Frankly, I've refused to work with brokers before because I never felt comfortable with them and they have shown me terrible apartments. I was looking at apartments directly from property managers at first. But Amy showed me a few apartments and she was very knowledgeable of all the properties and the neighborhoods. I could say that this was the first time in my 10 years in NYC that it was worth the broker fee.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

I had the displeasure of meeting with a Caliber Associates realtor, Amy Cutler. I had seen a listing on the website and sent an email to inquire about it. The realtor responded but attempted to steer me towards other apartments in the area. I responded that I was only interested in the one listed and she finally got back to me.

I set up a time to visit the place but when I got to the meeting place, Amy told me the place was already sold and we would be seeing another place. I protested that she should have told me this but she acted like this was normal. I believe she put up a phoney "too good to be true" listing in order to get business and left.

I will never do business with scam artists like Caliber Associates and I would advise anyone looking at apartments in NYC to do the same.

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.

From beginning to end, Amy was an amazing broker! She was very consistent and easy to work with. I didn't have a great budget for the type of apartment I was looking for, and I was a bit unrealistic. But she still worked patiently with me. I ended up spending a little more over my budget, but I love my apartment. I'm glad Amy showed me a bunch of options. She even followed up with me to see how my move-in went.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

Amy was by far the best agent I've ever worked with. She's honest and really works closely with you to help you find an apartment. I met Amy a week before my moving date. Within 3 days of meeting her she took me to see a bunch of apartments, assisted me step by step in the application process, and arranged the lease signing. I will definitely work with her again next time I'm looking to move!

I rented an apartment from this agent.
