I didn't end up renting from Amauris but he showed me quite a few places and always was available and responding to my emails, texts or phone calls immediately. Very honest broker and would definitely recommend or use again.

Amauris was GREAT to work with. He had a great deal on an apartment, and I reached out to him and he got back to me the same day. I set up a viewing the next day with him, and he made time after hours to show me the apartment because of my work schedule. He gave me all of the info I asked for and more, and the day after viewing it, he assisted me in the application process, getting my documents together as quickly as possible, and explaining how everything worked. He kept me updated via text as to the status of the documents as waiting for approval is the hardest part. A few days later, he let me know I was approved for the apartment! Today I got the keys and I'm all set!

If you want to work with someone who is responsive, has great listings, and has your best interest in mind, I highly recommend working with Amauris.

the broker was a bit unprofessional. his idea of a viewing i to send you into a building blindly. the apartment at question had many problems and he was unwilling to acknowledge them. brushing them off, and clearly only worried about his commission.

Amauris was a joy to work with. He is attentive, courteous and was always responsive. Amauris understood my needs and what I was looking for in a place from the start. Each of the places he showed me were right on target and I ended up finding a terrific place only after the second day of apartment viewing.

I would like to let anyone looking for an apartment to contact Amauris. I just emailed him about an apartment in Washington Height. And he emailed me back right away. He was incredibly helpful...

Although he got back to me quickly, when I finally did meet with him he didn't even get out of his car to show me the apartment. We had both been running late, fine, but it still was a lackluster effort on his part.

Initial Review:
Responded promptly to my initial inquiry (contacted him through a different site), but when I replied via email with my income and credit limitations (being honest to avoid wasting anyone’s time) and questions, there was no response. Sent another email stating that I haven’t heard from him, and he responded promptly and rudely, stating that he already replied. There are more professional ways to tell someone you can’t work with them.

Amauris is incredibly attentive and responsive. He has a very friendly personality and answers any question, no matter how urgent or trivial, within moments. He is extremely helpful in guiding prospective tenants through the rental process.

Every apt was of very high quality and the best for my price range and amenity requests. I also received great information about the regulations for renting an apartment. I highly recommend Amauris as a broker.
