There is a NYC property for every person, and every personality. Alex LoRe works extensively with renters and buyers, navigating them through the process of finding that perfect fit in a home. He is a good listener, has a compassionate yet ambitious nature, and knows how to get things done with efficiency.

Alex considers himself a client advocate who provides guidance, education and knowledge, as well as thorough follow up throughout the entire search and transaction. "I think of myself more as a consultant than a salesperson," he says. "I'm 100 percent committed to my clients' best interests, and to providing personalized, professional service that is both appreciated and remembered."

A resident of Hamilton Heights, Alex has a strong knowledge of the Upper West Side and an insatiable thirst for exploring different neighborhoods. Outside of his love of real estate, architecture and history, he is an established musician and composer. Originally from Tarpon Springs, Florida, Alex studied at the New England Conservatory of Music and the Manhattan School of Music. He maintains an active performance career as a saxophonist in NYC as well as internationally. Raised by an executive chef from Sicily, Alex is also a passionate cook who grew up working in his father's restaurant kitchens. He will soon be starting a food blog, plus he enjoys teaching saxophone, clarinet and piano to young students of the arts.

Alex is a great broker and a wonderful person to know. He is kind, courteous, articulate and knowledgeable. He is also sensitive to a client's needs. He is happy to show you anything and everything you want to see and is incredibly quick and responsive. I gained so much knowledge and understanding of New York apartment living by working with Alex, it was like taking a course. He is super professional and belongs to a solid brokerage, so you know everything will be properly done. And he is just so thoughtful and is exactly the person you want to accompany you on those dizzying visits of every possible property on your list. He will remember details that you don't and can be trusted to have your best interests at heart. I would definitely work with Alex again and recommend him to anyone looking for a place to live in New York.

Alex seemed like a genuine person. He did not try to oversell or pressure us. He made himself available to talk about our preferences even though it was late and he had already gotten off work. He let us know apartments usually only go on the market a few weeks before they're available but wanted to show us a few places anyway, so that we could familiarize ourselves with the neighborhood and be ready when the time came. I've never had a broker offer to show places just so I could get a feel for what I'm looking for. It felt like he was trying to help us find an apartment we'd like rather than make a sale. We are very happy with the apartment we found through Alex and would work with him again.

Went out with Alex to check out some places he lined up for me in the UWS. I had given him lots of information of my peculiar likes and don'ts beforehand. While other brokers usually say "Oh thank you for the information, I think I really know what you're looking for now" and then show me whatever they want anyway, he actually managed to pull together several places that completely fit my profile. Thanks again!

Alex is friendly, professional, responsive and no-pressure. Although we did not end up renting an apartment with Alex, we enjoyed working with him and would do so again.

I loved working with Alex! Though I didn't rent through him (certain life circumstances forced me out of the city), he showed me neighborhoods and apartments that fit exactly what I was looking for. He was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable about New York City! NY agents have a reputation for being unnecessarily aggressive- Alex was none of that. I felt relaxed and respected from the start. Alex gets 5 enthusiastic stars from this renter!
