Reputation is everything and Alex Andrejko has a reputation for getting the job done. Understanding that searching for a home can be a time-consuming task, Alex does the work so his clients don’t have to, placing himself in the educator’s role, guiding them through each step of the transaction to ensure their satisfaction.
Alex began his real estate career in 2010 working with the top agents at a high volume rental brokerage, quickly becoming a top-producing agent himself. As a downtown neighborhood specialist Alex's expertise spans building by building, block by block and he continues to delight in expanding his knowledge of management companies, developers, landlords and building groups. Alex’s rental expertise makes him a reliable source for not only a prospective renter or buyer but also as a valuable consultant to landlords and developers who are seeking to increase their rent rolls.
Prior to working in real estate Alex did editorial and theatrical writing, having had several plays produced downtown. Alex holds a BFA from Marymount Manhattan College. He lives in historic West Village, where he volunteers at the Jefferson Market Garden.
