Alena has been absolutely great so far. She has been friendly and honest and helpful, which is a breath of fresh air with nyc brokers. We haven't decided what our next direction will be with apartments, but I would DEFINITELY recommend Alena if you're looking in NYC!

Got in contact with me right away and showed us a few places that were just what my girlfriend and I were looking for. Decided to rent one of the units immediately. Saved a lot of time searching because she gave us what we wanted and could afford, and nothing else. We managed to get approved in 30 minutes and got our deposit in the next day because Alena expedited the process for us. Really friendly and a straight shooter, plus really knows what she is doing. She comes prepared and will answer any questions before you even think to ask them. I would recommend her for anyone.

Alena was very nice and helpful when I was beginning my search, asking me in-depth questions about what I was looking for in an apartment and what areas I was considering. Although I contacted her for a location in the UES, after chatting and figuring out that I was working around Flatiron, she got back to me with the chance to view an apartment there as well. I can't give a full five-star review because I unexpectedly found another apartment after one day of looking, and so never met her in person for a viewing let alone a contracting process. However, the initial contact was very good!

I haven't rented a flat yet as I still am on a month-to-month lease, but Alena showed me the best ones available. Other brokers that I had seen flats with just wasted my time, showing places that didn't match my search criteria. Will definitely work with her again. Thanks!

Alena is great to deal with and very flexible with showing times. She was showing apartments to me on Upper East side until 9pm for 2 days, and I found a perfect apartment for less than I expected to spend! We put an application at 9pm at her office and signed the lease next day!

This woman is really rude. I asked her if I could possibly see an apartment a few months early just to see what's out there (also I am new to the NYC real estate market so I'm not sure of the timeline) and she replied with
"There is no point to start searching apartments now, if you need to move in may. Market will be completely different. Please, do not waste anybody's time."

We worked with Alena for a few weeks while trying to find a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Midtown east, Murray Hill, or East Village. We also were very picky and specific with other criteria. Alena worked to find us several different options and communicated efficiently throughout the process. She was also flexible with meeting times and knowledgeable about each apartment and neighborhood. I plan on reaching out to Alena for future moves.

Alena is by far the best broker my husband and I have ever worked with. She found us exactly what we were looking for and we couldn't be happier with our new apartment! I recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment in the city.
