Alek was able to actually show me the apartments I had viewed online, unlike other agents who just wanted to meet me to fill out paperwork to discuss other apartments not listed. I appreciated that Alek let me make my own decisions, and I never felt pressured by him. He answered my questions honestly. Although I ended up finding a apartment on my own, I would highly recommend Alek for anyone new to the city.

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.

Alek is great! I've lived in Manhattan for seven years and have had nearly that many apartments, and I can say with confidence that Alek is among the best. He is responsive, informative, courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all, honest. I told him what my budget was and he never pushed me to exceed it; ultimately, he ended up finding me an apartment that was much less than what I had anticipated spending. I was impressed by his knowledge of the building and the management company and also by his tireless efforts on my behalf (responding to calls and emails at night and on weekends, working with the management company to adjust my lease start, etc.). I highly recommend Alek!

I rented an apartment from this agent.

He was great. I was in a very unique and complex situation and Alek helped me secure a great apartment. He worked hard, and actually listened to me which most agents do not. Also what I really liked about Alek, is that once I gave him my budget he didn't try to get me to spend more. Overall he is a great agent. He was also very quick to respond to me when I texted, called, or emailed him. Highly recommend using Alek.

I rented an apartment from this agent.
