Bait and Switch scam! BEWARE

Another lazy broker = waste of time.

After the initial response never heard from her, after I emailed again to follow up. Inconsiderate.

After searching for a month for the right apt and dealing with agents who didn't seem to understand what we were looking for, we saw one of Adriana's listing on here and contacted her- she replied immediately! So glad we decided to contact her, Adriana truly knows the market and looks for the perfect place for you and makes the stressful process of finding a home so much easier, we know who to call whenever we move again.

We didn't end up renting from Adriana for unrelated reasons, but she was so incredibly helpful and kind to us during our search! We weren't looking for a very expensive apartment, but she put a great deal of time and energy into helping us find an apartment. I highly recommend her!

Adriana responded immediately. She was very professional by asking the specifics about your needs and responding immediately to your emails. I hope to meet with her once I arrive in NY to my options for nice apartments in Queens.

While waiting on application approval which is a whole other issue, I can truly say Adriana has conducted herself with both knowledge and awareness to my particular search requests. Each locale within our City has its own set of apartment/building styles and she knows her stuff!!

Has been fairly helpful, and responds to e-mails fairly quickly.

I never actually got to meet with Adriana, but I wish I had. She was incredibly responsive and helpful. However, schedules and timing were not in our favor and I found an apartment before we could get a viewing time for the apartments I was interested in seeing.

But from what I could tell, she's an efficient, productive, responsive, talented broker. Give her a try. PS I love when brokers are still responding to emails at 12am and 1am - that's dedication.

Adriana was the first broker that I felt really cared about her clients' needs. She showed me five apartments in one afternoon in the areas I wanted and within my price range. She works hard for her clients and is patient. In the end, I wound up in Brooklyn out of her speciality areas, but would have continued to look through her if she worked in that borough.

Great to have in your corner. She is fair and works hard. Not too many working keys to enter into buildings, so I saw fewer than I expected to. She does good work.

I found another apartment, so I didn't end up renting from this broker. However, I would recommend contacting her. She is prompt to respond to email and phone calls, and she has tons of excellent no fee/low fee listings in Harlem. Adriana is very patient and will work to help you find the right place without applying too much pressure.

Adriana was very nice and really tried to find what we were looking for - showed us a bunch of places with potential...had we not ultimately happened into an apt. through a friend, we would have definitely gone with something Adriana had found for us. Only caveat is that we would have liked to be more clear on Rapid Realty's policies before we got as far as we did in the search and application process. But get that info up front... and Adriana will take care of you!!

really nice person i explain to her what i wanted and she understood completely showed me some nice places always lookind out for my interests i would totally recomend her.i havent rented anything from her yet but i'm sure ill find something because im in good hands.
