Adam was quick to respond, pleasant, and totally no nonsense! He was fantastic to deal with, meeting us (my fiance and I) late on a weeknight to give us the applications and then early the next morning to get our deposit, all so he could be first in line to submit our application. When it was time to sign the lease, he sat with us and went through every page, making sure we understood what we were signing and giving us time to read. I've already recommended him to friends. Adam is the guy you actually want work with. Highly recommended.

I had a week to find an apartment on a smaller budget, and I reached out to a dozen different brokers. Adam was quick to respond and follow up with all of my questions as well as arranging for me to visit the apartment I was interested in. He showed us additional units in the same building and I ended up finding the perfect place!
He answered questions promptly and made himself available for anything we might need during the signing and decision process.
I'm more than thrilled with my new home and thank Adam for making it possible!
