Abe was up front and courteous. He answered all my questions even though I had a lot. This was my first apartment, but I'm glad I got one through Abe. Highly recommended.

I had heard the horror stories of having to deal with brokers in NYC. I had prepared myself for the long tedious process of looking for my very own place. I came across Urban Pads after browsing through a few places on Nakedapartments.com. Abe was professional, informative, and thorough. He made sure he walked me through the process every step of the way. The apartment I saw was only the second property, but I knew I had found my place. Abe patiently waited my decision, and was quick to process my application. I signed the lease within days of seeing the property. Even after I signed the lease Abe made sure to keep me updated with any information I needed. I’d probably still be looking for a place had I not come across Abe and Urban Pads.

Abe showed up late, and when we made it clear we couldn't get all our application things together that day (it was a sunday) he took our application money anyway. He then didn't even submit our application or process them because the apt we wanted was taken before our application could be completed, but he kept the money anyway.

Abe was the nicest broker I've ever worked with. He was very accommodating and altered his schedule to fit mine. Abe did whatever he could to make my apartment search less stressful. I highly recommend him.
